Will you make International shipping available again once the pandemic is over (for countries not on our list of where we ship to)?

Yes! We will re-open International shipping options as global postal services come back to normal. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated with our International shipping availability.
What are the details about International shipping being available for pre-orders only?
International shipping option will temporarily be open for pre-orders as the ship date is several months away.
We will ship out pre-orders if the post service is stable to your specific country.
If the post service is still not stable, we can hold onto your pre-order to ship at a later date when your country's postal service is more stable.
We can also go ahead and ship at your request if you do not want to wait, as long as your are willing to accept the risks involved.
We cannot replace or refund any international orders or shipments that get lost during the pandemic. Also you accept that shipping times may take longer than normal for international shipments.
I'm in Canada, is there any customs if I place an order?
We are based out of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. So there is no customs charges to worry about as we ship from within Canada!
How long does it take to process an order?
Once your order has been placed it may take up to 1-7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.
How can I cancel an order that I’ve placed?
If you’d like to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll do what we can to help. If your order has already initiated processing, which can happen under 24 hours, we cannot cancel the order as it is already packaged.
How can I add an item to my order?
We understand that sometimes you may want to add more Flair Fighter goodies to your order, however once an order is submitted, we’re unable to change it – even if it’s still processing. If you’d like to purchase more items, we recommend placing a separate order.
Can I make any changes to my order?
We aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible which means we're unable to make any changes once you've placed an order.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. Please contact email@example.com and we'd love to see how we can help.
What do I do if I want a refund or exchange on a Flair Fighter product?
You’re welcome to refund, exchange, or receive credit for your product if you contact us within 14 days of your order arrival (as determined by the tracking delivery date). Products must be new and unused. You will be responsible for postage to ship back the products. Original postage and customs fees from the order will not be refunded. What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com providing photos (if applicable) and the order number, and our team look forward to assisting you further.
Can you do pricing adjustments?
We can only offer price adjustments to orders placed within 24 hours of a new promotion starting. We cannot apply a special sale coupon to a prior purchase that was purchased more than 24 hours before a specific sale/promotion. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I enter my address in a language other than English?
Please enter your address in English to ensure that your order is delivered correctly.
If it is necessary to enter your address in your localized language, for example in Cyrillic or Pinyin, please ensure that both are entered in the shipping address field.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
You will receive a tracking number one your order is dispatched, and you can use this to track the location of your order. If there seems to be a delay or no updates, you can contact the postal service that is handling your order and quote your tracking number to investigate it further. Alternatively, you can also contact us at email@example.com with your order number and tracking number.
How much will I be charged for customs tax?
Depending on the destination country, you may need to pay overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Unless otherwise stated, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. Orders returned to us due to unpaid customs duties/foreign taxes will only have the product portion cancelled and refunded. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded as the shipping portion has already been paid to the post office to initially ship your order.
How are pins graded at Flair Fighter?
All pins offered by default on Flair Fighter are Standard grade. We sort our inventory to send out the best available pin for your order. Please note that there could be slight cosmetic imperfections as every pin is hand made one-by-one. If there are any major issues, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer "Seconds" grade pins?
We occasionally hold pin sales for our Seconds grade pins (pins with noticeable to major flaws we do not sell as Standard grade). These Seconds pin sales at discounted rates are open first to members on our email newsletter before the general public. Some of our more popular Seconds pins tend to sell out before the public access.
